Narrower & Longer Than Expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 8.5 normal width feet with bunions in my 40s. After trying a few sizes, I ordered a size 8 Extra wide, because I found my normal size to be too narrow and long. The toe box is roomier, perhaps too roomy, but i like my toes to spread out. I don't love the style, they make me feel old. However, the cushioning is right and my ankles feel secure.
