Received my new mug. It does not keep my coffee hot. Barely warm after 30 minutes. Had high hopes for this mug. Very disappointed with the product. Also not cup holder friendly.

The lid is very tight and can be difficult to take off to fill if you have any type of muscle or arthritis issue. Positive is the color is very striking and vibrant so it looks good sitting on my desk.

I can drink hot coffee for at least 3 hours while it’s still super hot and after 4 or 5 hours it’s still warm just not as hot. It’s very truthful when it say they are 100% leak proof. I have had it in my purse and forgot about it but doesn’t leave a single drop of liquid in my bag. I love this thing!
