Good Bottle, Few Flaws

Lids Are Not Durable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased several roteras specifically for the lid feature. I’ve already had to replace one lid(which took ages to get) and now two more are failing. We do not force them open or use the spout. The issue is that the turning mechanism fails/breaks easily. It seems to be poorly made. I will not be buying again.

Suction Issues And Weird Whistle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the size and shape of this. I was very excited for this product due to my past experience with your products. This is poorly designed. So much air comes through the straw that it is difficult to get a drink from it and the harder you suck, a whistling sound is made. I will not be purchasing another product with a straw. I would return it, but you can't learn about the problem until it has been opened and used.
