I purchased for my daughter before going into second grade. Both zippers to both large compartments are already broken. The mesh on the side pockets have alreadt ripped as well. Do not buy.

The shoulder straps are very comfortable. It has two nice inside compartments. I like the two outside pockets. And the price is right!

She was able to pack all her essentials and more. The cup holder on the side was an additional bonus for her , her cup stays in place and she is excited and enjoying this backpack. I would recommend you try this backpack for you students.A replacement warranty is also available when purchased.

Bought for 7th grader, used two months both zippers broke! We will have to find somewhere else to buy "quality' bookbags. Great size, good quality material wise, Should have used the same standards when it came to the zippers!

This backpack was initially awesome! The capacity, compartments, style, etc. were exactly what my middle school child needed. However, 1 zipper broke within 2-months and a 2nd zipper broke after @4-months. Unfortunately, DSG, despite priding themselves on their quality products fell short with this backpack. Additionally, there is no warranty, so we're out $50 for a backpack that lasted 4-months. Would not recommend!

Purchased for school age child and began using in September and by October the zippers started failing. November the zippers broke completely. Do not recommend, not sure how the overall rating is so high seeing how many have issues with this backpack

Bought this for my daughter for seventh grade and it lasted three months before it ripped and then the zipper broke. We’ll never buy this backpack brand again.
