The straps are comfortable whether wearing it on one shoulder or both shoulders. The straps on the bottom are nice, you can use them to hold your jacket. Overall a good backpack.

So far it’s been holding up and stopping him from carrying two bac pacs like usual but I get nervous that the zippers going to go out one day. Had it bout a few weeks now.
