There is definitely some running and sprints but she doesn’t use these as traditional running shoes like some might. Highly recommend for general workouts! Size is spot on with what she wears.

Post surgery these Nikes were the only shoes I had that were both comfortable & supportive enough to help me learn to walk again so I bought another pair in another color.
