Well Made
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago. I had a number of occasions to wear it. It’s very well-made. The outside is more of a rubber than a hard plastic. That makes noise when you walk. The pockets are a little bit higher, like people have said in other reviews, but I find it easier. The hood extends out slightly to give extra coverage. Another great Patagonia purchase.
