My boys prefer these briefs for their athletic use. I wish that we could find them without the given cups, as the are young and prefer a soft cup. They are true to size: my 60 lb 7 yo is in a sm, my 103 lb 11 yo prefers the youth xl.

Bought this mainly for the patriotic design. I never had a cup compression short before. I am not thrilled with the cup part. I just don't feel the cup is held tight in position like a typical jock/cup at the bottom. I was afraid it just would not hold things in place. No big deal. I just used a Core Supporter with cup underneath. Guess I am just old fashion and like a jock with leg straps to hold the cup firm in place.
