Perfect cushioning for those long easy runs! Love the whole Endorphin line of shoes.

Love them as far as comfort goes. Got a hole in the top within a few uses.

I enjoy wearing these and they are almost perfect.

I run outdoors, train and do high impact aerobics (Les Mills Bodyattack and other Les Mills programs). The heel is extremely clunky and chunky. The shoe has absolutely zero lateral support. I have worn other Saucony running shoes for the same activities and have not experienced these types of problems. On multiple occasions my foot has slid off the shoe bed (when doing lateral drills) and because the sole is so high I could feel stress on my ankles. I had to remove these shoes during a class because my heels kept slipping around in the shoe. Don't even bother doing a single squat in these shoes they will rock you forward as you come out of the squat. I paid a substantial amount for the runners and am currently limited to using them for outdoor road and track running but am very cautious when changing directions.

I love how this shoes give me great cushion for my feet but the fabric is poorly made. I already had 2 pairs in 2 year and the fabric on the side keeps reaping.

I absolutely love my endorphins! I walk all day at work so they’re perfect for that.

Love these runners-way better for joint pain and very comfortable!

I bought these runners for my long runs because I love love love the endorphin speed 2s and 3s. Unfortunately I didn’t like the feel of these for the price point. The sole is very stiff, a lot heavier in comparison. Would rather pay a bit more for the speeds or find another alternative for a long run or easy run shoe

I work on my feet all day and these shoes are super comfortable. I have looked at other brands in this style, but Saucony is my go-to for running shoes because of how well they fit my feet and this shoe did not disappoint. I need a large toe box but not a wide size and these shoes fit perfectly.

Endorphin Shift 3 is a solid shoe that feels very comfortable. First time I wore it, the shoes seemed kind of high off the ground. Now I am used to it. The 4mm heel is awesome. I switched from the Kinvara. Have worn them for years. Switched because of the bad reviews on the new 13 model. Thanks Saucony!

I bought this shoes a few aga and im very satisfied

It wasn’t as comfortable as it looks , the sole was a bit harder than the triumph

For me this was the worst version they have made. Have been using the Shift for a couple of years, and was able to run and walk pain free. I needed to replace the two pair that I was switching between. I purchased these thinking they would be similar to the previous version, and they were not. This version has way too much cushion under the foot that is too soft for me, and caused hip, knee and foot pain after the first use. I tried them a few more times with the same result, in between I went back to my old shoes, older version of the Shift, and was pain free. I would not recommend these, unless you can try them before you purchase, or can return after a few runs if they don’t work for you.
