Matched with a 13 Source reel and 12# flouro. Seems like a good combination. Casts smooth and had no problem with couple 4lb largemouths. Only gave 4 stars because it was new and only used once. Will know more after I’ve given it a good test

Was very excited to check this rod out. I have used shimano reels my whole life. Went to put my reel on and it just slops around in seat. I have never had that happen with any other rod. Going to have to return it.
