Size Up!

These shoes are great quality and good for sprinters on a budget or just starting out. I ordered my usually shoe size but they were just too small so I had to go from a size 5 to a 6! Sprint spikes are meant to be quite tight but my toes went numb after 20 mins. Otherwise highly recommend
