They Sent Me The Wrong Size Twice!!!

I ordered Shoe Size M7.0/W9.0 TWICE, and BOTH times I received M9.0 instead. How does this happen twice?! At this point, I seriously question how their sizing and inventory system works. Either the product listing is misleading or incorrectly labeled, making it unclear that the sizing is based on men's rather than women's sizes, OR whoever is picking and packing the orders is not checking the actual size requested. Or perhaps BOTH systems are failing. Whatever the issue is, something is clearly wrong, and customers shouldn't have to deal with the same mistake twice. Extremely frustrating and disappointing!

Love These Slides

Never thought I would ever wear slides. These, however, are comfortable and the soft, terry top is the best. I only wear inside because are white. Only issue is how to clean them as washer is out.
