Recommendation … size up half a size, I’m normally a 71/2 but I found them a lil tight on the toe box. Sizing up to an 8 feels a lil big, but very comfortable with a sock.

You really can’t go wrong with the adidas Taekwondo! They’re stylish, lightweight, and so comfortable. Easy to wear with just about anything—definitely a pair you’ll reach for again and again. My regular size is 6 but purchased the 5.5. They could run a little big depending on the width of your feet.

Great deal on these shoes. Love the low profile, can wear them for miles in comfort. I'm usually a size 8.5 or 8 in women's. I ordered 8.5 and I find them best worn with thicker socks. I think for shoes that are unisex, Adidas tends to default on the wider side.
