Brooks Men's Ghost Max 3 Running Shoes

About This Item

    What Our Experts Are Saying:

""Ghost Max 3 is an example of the continuous improvement at Brooks. While Ghost is a great shoe, Ghost Max 3 goes further with its stack of DNA Loft 3 cushioning. It is a wider toe box than some other shoes, making it a good choice for runners who want a lot of cushion but a stable ride. So, it straddles between a neutral and stability shoe. It has Brooks’ Guiderail technology, helping propel you forward. A great everyday trainer!"" - Ian, Running Ambassador at DICK'S Sporting Goods Cedar Park, Texas

A New Type Of Runner.

In 1994, I bought my first pair of Brooks Addiction. Then in 2010 after I stopped running, my Podiatrist put me into Brooks Beast because of my heavy probation. I wore these until the beginning of this year when I had my 2nd TKR and I started having problems with my feet and left calf with muscle atrophy. He told me to buy Brooks Ghost Max 3. They are fantastic! Wore them recently over to Canada and Alaska and I experienced no pain etc. I am on my 3rd pair and have 2 more in the cupboard as I bought them on special.

Best Comfort

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Iv been buying this brand and model for many years now. With on going heel pain and injuries, the comfort and support these shoes provide is game changing!!! I can continue to walk and run and do daily activities with no issues.

Max Comfort For Old Feet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, my running days ended 35 years ago. Now, I'm an 82-year-old walker. The Ghost Max3 gives the cushion/comfort that I need. Durability is excellent. Personally, I'd like to see a slightly longer tongue. Excellent shoe

Great Work Brooks

Coming from Nimbus-ASICS, these shoes have been that good I had to get a second pair. I’ve had many ACL surgeries and still not wanting to give up exercise. These shoes have made it easy on the joints for walking. Super soft cushioning and decent on the eye.

Happy Older Feet

I am a customer who has neuropathy in my feet and also wears orthotics that requires a certain type of shoe. I was directed to Brooks by my podiatrist and haven’t looked back. I’ve now purchased 2 pairs being Ghost Max 3 and Addiction Walker Suede. Both serve my needs in every aspect and I’m so pleased to find shoes that are suitable for me. A little expensive for a pensioner but well worth it.

Two Left Shoes

I tried these shoes on in the store and didn’t have my size in store so I went home to order online and when they finally arrived… they sent two left shoes! Go figure. I returned them to the store. Associate never asked if I wanted to replace them or even bother to check to see if I would like something else.

Love The Shoe!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fits well. Feels similar to the old Ghost 14 and 15 models. Excellent cushioning and support. Good toe room and width. Will purchase another pair soon.

Great Fit And Excellent Cushioning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Brooks Ghost Max 3 fit great and feel very comfortable from the moment I put them on. The cushioning is excellent, providing plenty of support and comfort without feeling too soft. They’ve been working really well for my gym sessions, and I’m very happy with them overall

Great Shoes Right Out Of The Box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cushioning makes these very comfortable for walks or runs right out of the box, and there is enough support to help an older guy like me stay stable. Definitely my new go-to shoe!

Fine Shoe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ghost Max is a fine shoe. It offers a broader toe area and extra cushioning. I do find it does not have the same support as the regular Ghost shoe(s) (16, 17, 18). I have 4 pairs of those and have loved them for years.
