Poor Craftsmanship – Embroidery Coming Undone

I bought this Carhartt Women's Insulated Bomber Jacket expecting the brand's legendary durability, but I am extremely disappointed. After only a few months of normal wear, the embroidery near the chest zipper has started to unravel completely. For a jacket at this price point, this level of quality control is unacceptable. DICK'S wouldn't help due to the time elapsed, so now I have to deal with the manufacturer directly. I expected much better from Carhartt.
