Got a great deal on this backpack. I use it for everthing, and I'm really rough on them too. They seem to hold up pretty well from being tossed around plenty of time as well.

Bought this for my 9 year old for the new school year and 7 weeks in, the zippers on the main compartment don’t work and the pull for the front pocket has fallen off. It’s very spacious and has good cushioning but that doesn’t matter when it can’t close. Super disappointed. Will try to return

Good size for grade schooler. Unfortunately the zipper broke after less than three months and was unable to fix. We had to buy another backpack before the end of the semester and went with a different brand with more durable zippers.

We each bought one of these backpacks for our trip to Europe. They are the perfect travel size backpack. Many different sized zipper compartments for everything we needed to take with us. Strong zippers. Padded shoulder straps. Rubberized exterior bottom. Highly recommend.

Bought in Aug, and loved the style and the compartments. Size beverage pouches made very cheaply - started snagging after 5 months. Middle pocket zipper stopped zippy after 7 months. Went to return as DSG products are warrantied for 1 year of purchase -which did not know as I would not have purchase the extra warranty. Went to just do an even exchanged but they only offered store credit even thought they had the backpack to even exchange. Guess it was because I bought it on sale and they currently weren’t.
