I Noticed after benching heavy weight I was having trouble locking my wrist. These worked perfect for me the material is stretchy and rigid enough to support my wrist but not stiff enough to where I rely on them completely. I still wanna strengthen my wrist up so these make me still engage my wrist during heavy lifts
