This One Is My Go To
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's something about spicy food, like the two Thai (Good to Go) mixes, that I just don't get into with dried meals and backpacking. The Mushroom Risotto has more of the "comfort food" feel to it. It's not super filling, but satisfying for a somewhat light eater like myself and someone whose skin doesn't agree with gluten.
