Used this on my knee after a long run and instantly felt better

Confused

I can't really tell that it's doing anything. Unlike regular KT Tape, this doesn't stretch. It's just regular tape that sticks on you. I can't find any information on why it works or what it actually does. Tried it on my shoulder, but couldn't tell any difference or feel any pain relief.

I Used The Patch Once

I used the patch once following shoulder surgery. I applied the patch to the bruised area. After 3 days I removed the patch. Where the patch made contact with the skin the bruised area show signs of healing faster. Very pleased with the results.

I Have A Nagging Shoulder

I have a nagging shoulder pain from over use and the Recovery Patch has been helpful on my recovery days to get my shoulder back to normal and ready to go.

It Works But I Had

It works but I had ti remove it early it caused stiffness in the location I placed it.
