Stupid Shoelaces

I purchased the beige colorway of this model and was very disappointed with the laces. While other colorways of the exact same shoe come with standard, practical laces, this specific beige version features round, cord-like laces. The material is way too slick. They constantly come undone while walking, no matter how tight or carefully they are tied. It severely ruins the daily experience of an otherwise great and comfortable pair of shoes. Please consider using standard flat laces across all colorways instead of these slippery cords.

broken in, they’re a great shoe. I work on my feet for 4-8 hours at a time, and they’re comfortable for that. unfortunately, when i first got them they were pretty tight on my ankles (both the back rubbing against my heel + the tongue pressing against my leg) but after i wore them more with tall socks they got better.
