He uses these to catch mainly because of the flexibility they seem to be holding up well so far although it's early in the season. This is the second pair of these New balance but first metal ones. I would recommend these cleats to any of the baseball players out there.

Light foam insides are comfortable and firming to my foot. I’ll never buy another style if these are around!
