I purchased these online. Box came shipped in a bag, so the shoe box was completely smashed upon arrival. Ok, that wouldn’t matter to most. But, I bought these as a gift. It gets WORSE. Open the box, the shoes are used. Dirty on the bottom, and sides I contact costumer service and the response was keep ans give you $9.00 back out of the $100 you spent or take them back. I asked to talk to a supervisor to leave a review about shipping used items and I was pretty much told no. To leave a review via the site.
