I do experience heel slip during workouts on occasion. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. The shoe is stable for lifting and okay for short runs/ sprints. Probably wouldn't buy them unless they are on sale though.

    Bought these a couple weeks back for CrossFit style workouts. They are true to size. I wear a 9.5 in most training shoes. I have a wide foot and these fit great. Stand up to rope climbs too.
