Not What I Expected

Loved the design on these, read reviews and thought they're worth a try. However, after a few small runs - longest 6km - they're hurting my feet so much. They're very snug on the feet, but the heel is not kept in place. The sole also started coming off a bit, but I only ran on rather easy trails. Am a big and longstanding Nike fan and customer, but unfortunately, these shoes don't get my vote / do not meet my expectations for the price I paid.

Wanted To Love Them..couldnt

I desperately wanted to love these..unfortunately they didn’t work out. The toebox has stitching across the top that doesn’t stretch, making it wrap so tightly around your foot that you get cramps in your arch. Tried everything; blow dryer, stretching them out with stuffing, cutting the nylon inside..nothing worked to eliminate that squeeze on your foot. Don’t recommend for anybody with wide feet.

Amazing

I bought because my doctor recommended them, after so many problems with my feet (stress fracture 5 metatarsal and arthritis in my big toe, the pain is insupportable) The shoes are so light weight and very comfortable, I am using Nike acg zegama trail, for my longest run, and the nike ultrafly for short run, no more than 3 or 4 miles, because the drop for me is too high 8.5 and I need more time to adapt. I regularly use running shoes with 4 mm drop, and it is perfect for me, if nike can make nike ultrafly with 4mm drop, for me will be perfect, but I recommended this product.

Worth A Second And Third Look And Then Pull The Trigger And Buy Them.

Well, everything you’ve read up about the Shoe of like when you first get the Shoe that it needs to work in. Well that is 100% accurate shoe fits great nice and comfortable a lot of cushion. Well, I put over 30 miles on them already and when I first started running the 1st mile it had a little tightness, but you know 2nd mile it kind of got a little better now I’m really starting to dig the shoes. I definitely would highly recommend them. Of course I know they’re pretty pricey, but just look at most shoes out there and the shoes living up to the hype running on terrain getting off the concrete. Need a good shoe for that and this shoe is definitely a great Shoe.

Brilliant

brilliant! not worn yet. but they have a potential to be my favorite pair.

The Will Hurt Your Feet Even You Buy Bigger Size

ZERO star they hurt upper side of my feet Nike shoes quality are going down and down every day

Awesome Pair

Amazing pair of shoes. I’m a frequent runner on the road and trail (light to mild terrain). Very stable on the heel and very light. The shoes have energy return and you can feel it. It wants you to go faster. I have put in 30 miles and it feels great. Will buy another pair.

Expensive Trail Shoe That Falls Apart, Instantly

Cool looking, no doubt. Feel good, too! But I can't give more than 1 star for a shoe that can't take more than 2 trail runs without falling apart. The foamy underfoot gets destroyed by rocks on the trail. The sole already peeling off. Um I paid like $220 for these shoes. Returned them and ordered some New Balance trail runners. Super disappointing - I loved the way they looked but these are NOT made for trails!

My New Favourite Shoe!

Love these! Stable, grippy, comfortable and FAST! I'm running 20km+ on dirt, gravel, grass and tarmac. Nothing too technical, its Surrey hills basically. The wide forefoot is good for me. The heel and the lacing are secure, I get a good hold in the heel without having to do a runners knot.

Super Comfortable!

Stylish and super comfortable. My husband loved it!

Amazing Trail Shoe.

Fabulous trail running shoe. I run 5-10k trail runs three times per week, so a fairly amateur runner. I have been using the Pegasus Trail 5 and Peg 4 GTX mainly this year which are both great shoes. I wanted to try these due to the full ZoomX, carbon plate and Vibram sole. I was hesitant because a lot of the reviews online (incorrectly) paint this as a focussed race shoe only. It’s not. It’s a comfortable, well cushioned everyday trail trainer as well as something you can push for a pb in. The carbon plate is not intrusive and with faster/longer strides really returns something extra. Cut a minute from my 10k pb two weeks into using them. Construction is solid, comfort is excellent. Super stable, grippy on grit and loose surfaces. I take a size 9 in regular shoes but always order half a size up in running shoes and that’s perfect for these too. My road running shoes are Vomero Plus and they too have full ZoomX but feel nothing like these at all, these are way more stable and less marshmallowy in their cushioning.

Go-to For Anything Off-road

★★★★★ Trail grip is legit — stayed solid on loose gravel and mixed terrain without feeling like I was fighting for footing. Cushioning holds up on the longer, hillier runs and my feet aren't trashed afterward. Look tough enough to survive my questionable route choices too. New go-to for anything off-road.

Love The Color!!! Wide Toe Box And Narrow Vamp, Great Cushioning!!!

The turquoise is beautiful. I wish there were more athletic shoes in this more monochromatic color style. I removed a star due to what I consider a quite wide toe box, yet relatively narrow vamp - and due to this, sizing down wouldn't be an option. I also prefer a cloth material as opposed to this thin whatever-type material, (I realize this will propel water more) but that's just a personal preference. The cushioning is superb. I have a tender nerve on the ball of my foot, and I walk/jog 3 miles a day. The cushioning in these shoes has kept me able to do that, whereas other shoes I have - even those with a good amount of cushion - aren't comfortable right now. I'm of normal weight and not a long-distance runner, but I'm enjoying them so far.

Odd Size

I have these in black and Orange which fit nice and some how these seemed smaller and was tight which i had to send back.

I had big expectations on this pricy shoes but am terrible disappointed. They’re not as comfortable as I thought they would be not much overall cushion leave me with knee pain at the end of my runs, I find the wild horse 10 more comfortable and more heel cushion than this more expensive shoes.
