Don’t Buy

Bottom of the shoes ripped open within the first week. Cheaply made!

Poor Quality Shoe

The Nike zoom x road running shoes are poor quality with poor durability after little use. Foam in sole gets damaged very easily. Be prepared to buy a new pair within a couple of months if you intend to use them as your main running shoe.

No Tested Yet. 2020 Vaporfly Was Worst Ever Nike Racing Shoe.

I have not test run in the Vaporfly 4 yet. I tried the Vaporfly in 2020 at the Los Angeles Marathon. The 2020 version of the Vaporfly propelled me up and not forward. The 2020 version was my worst ever Nike racing shoe (I've been using Nike exclusively since 1974).

Nike Vaporfly.

I like how the shoe feels good on my feet, but the rubber heel protection started to come off after 8 miles. Had to glue it back on so I could use the shoe. I now have 37 miles on the shoes and had to glue it on twice now.

Goated Vaporfly

When I first put them on, I could immediately feel the soft and bouncy ZoomX foam and when I ran in them, the fly plate was so propulsive and got a new PR on my time trial in the 3200 on the roads!

Quality

I would give it 5 stars, but after 3 runs it got damaged. Overall great shoe, needs to fix quality

Poor Quality

I really like the look and feel of the shoe however, the manufacturing quality is unacceptable. I’ve had the soles fall off of three pairs of shoes within the first month of running. I’ve never had a quality issue on any other running shoe for over 40 years except for this specific model. Nike, you need to do better. This isn’t a fluke, this is a quality control issue with your manufacturing.

Very good shoes very lightweight, the lower stack height for midsole is gives you the control of your feet lower to ground but still has the cushioning and responsiveness with every step.

Great Sgoes

I only got one run in the new shoes because I want to save them for race day but the try out the day after I bought them felt great. Ran 7.31 pace for 5 miles. Didnt even feel the shoe on my feet. Super light and super fast.

Not The Same Fit As Vaporfly 3

Compared to the Vaporfly 3, the toebox of the Vaporfly 4 is too narrow for my feet. It is also almost a half inch longer (bought the same size). Was not impressed and returned because I could not wear them.

Raceing

I got these for Christmas and did one workout in them and they felt super fast while at the same time feeling cushioned and can’t wait to race in them during xc season

We bought this for my son to use in his cross-country races and he says it's so springy! His teammates wear them too.

Love This Shoe.

Love the cushioning. I can’t road run on old joints without the cushioning. And yet light weight so it doesn’t feel like you’re trudging.
