Meh Disappointed In The 7.

They fit a half a size smaller, than other metcons. The fit is also much more narrow, and you can tell there is height on the heel. I’ve been wearing metcons since the 3 and these are the worst version.

Ive been wearing metcons to the gym for years now and have had a few different versions before the 7. These are at best a very average gym shoe for casual training. Way more cushion than previous versions and I end up taking them off for lower body.

Not What It Used To Be

Huge bummer - big fan of my Metcon 5's and I've had them for years for Burn Boot Camp. These are so stiff my feet bruised after one wear, and the ankle is significantly higher / rubs. Nike bring back the old models!
