Good Supportive Shoe

I ordered half size up to start but returned for my normal size. The toe box is wide and has lots of room to move. My regular size fits great and is supportive. They take some getting used to. I use them for burn boot camp classes only. Very happy with them.

Perfect For Cross Training

These shoes have made a tremendous impact on my workouts by providing increased stability and comfort. I have high arches and slim feet. I sized up one full size so I can place my pinky finger between my heel and shoe and have a little wiggle room for my toes. I found this to be the perfect fit. I did a full workout: 5 miles on a treadmill and 30 minutes of functional weight training on the first day and had no soreness or discomfort in my feet.

Metcons are my fav gym shoes. For the 7s tho I suggest sizing up a 1/2 size. I’m usually an 8 1/2. Had to return for a 9 & the 9 fit better!

They fit a half a size smaller, than other metcons. The fit is also much more narrow, and you can tell there is height on the heel. I’ve been wearing metcons since the 3 and these are the worst version.
