Power your cross-training potential with the Metcon 10. It optimizes stability for your heavier lifts with an ultra-strong Hyperlift plate and levels up mobility with responsive ReactX foam. With increased energy return and a lighter weight than the Metcon 9, it helps you conquer any movement your workout demands.
Design
Combined with a sturdy heel cup and lace tuck, it allows you to focus on your form and not shifting or slipping.
The midfoot band helps secure your foot onto the footbed when you pull on the laces.
A wider toe box compared to the Metcon 9 lets your toes extend outward and helps you optimize your power through your whole foot.
Midsole rubber wrap is more tuned, lighter and less bulky than the Metcon 9.
An ultra-strong Hyperlift plate under your heel (where you need it most) optimizes stability for heavy lifts—like squats, dead lifts and cleans—without compromising the ride.
In-Shoe Comfort
It combines with flex grooves on the outsole to give you flexible, responsive cushioning when doing high-intensity exercises like box jumps and quick sprints.
Updated midsole with lightweight ReactX foam to increase energy return.
Durability & Traction
Tough plastic heel clip provides durability for handstand push-ups.
A new traction pattern provides a flat, sticky surface for lifting on even the sweatiest of surfaces.
A tough, sticky texture strategically placed on the midfoot and toe—high wear-and-tear areas—delivers game-changing grip and durability.

Size Up
Fit great and perfect for weight lifting. Don’t usually buy Nike because we always have to size up

Disappointing
These look really good on but I find them very uncomfortable. They run smaller in my opinion. I bought a half size up to compare, but the bigger size kept slipping off the back of my foot. And the toe bed is stiff, no stretch. I found my toes were hurting wearing these. And they're hot. I clearly need mesh uppers because these feel like they trap in heat compared to any mesh upper running shoe I've ever worn. Disappointing!

Too Tight
They are too tight and not flexible. Definitely not for wide feet, I felt pain after 5 mins. Returning.

Quality I Was Looking For
I believe I am a true 8.5 but I lean on the side of a 9. Very glad I ordered a 9, my toe touches the front but is not uncomfortable at all or stretching the shoe. I also ordered the Bella 7 since they were on sale, but the quality and stability difference is just so evident with this shoe being much better designed and I can tell they will last longer too. Wanted to see if I could skimp on the price but it’s just not worth it if you want a quality shoe.

Coming Apart After 5 Months
I really wanted to love these shoes. I bought them March 26, and just 5 months later, by August 31, I noticed the upper/outer layer was already tearing and separating at the toe crease/bottom of the lace eyelets on both shoes. My patients complimented these shoes constantly and how cute they were, but for wearing them only for walking for 5 months… they shouldn’t already be coming apart. Aside from that, okay for everyday wear. Very flat, people with high arches may need increased support.
I WILL SAY: This is the first time I’ve had any problem with a Nike shoe—I’ve bought dozens over the last 8 years without a problem. I think it’s just a problem with this particular style.

Do Not Buy!
I originally ordered in a 7 because thats my true size, they ran big so I had to return and order a 6.5. These fit perfect, I was excited to wear! I went on a walk on a dirt road and because of the mesh material, the dust settled inside. I didn't think anything of it, figured it would wash out. Nope. After many attempts the dirt has only gotten darker and now they look disgusting. Can't believe this happened on only my third time wearing them. Way to expensive to be happening to this shoe. Will not buy again and would not recommend.

Super stiff. Sized smaller but not too small. 30 mins in- 2 huge water blisters. Save your money.

Sizing - Skipped 1/2 Size
I ordered my usual size 36.5 and later read reviews to order 1/2 size up but the next size is directly 37.5 🥲 I still selected yes to recommend the product as Metcons generally are good but wish someone had checked the sizing

Great Stability! Great Purchase.
I love these shoes! They provide excellent stability and feel very secure, especially during workouts. The only thing I would mention is that they run a bit small, so I recommend ordering half a size up from your usual size. Other than that, they’re a great purchase!

Solid Shoe, Size Up
I bought these for a boot camp class and think they would be better for heavier lift focused workouts but I like them a lot. They run about a half size too small.

I recently brought these for my strength training days at the gym. They are 10/10 comfortable and stable for heavy lifting.

Good Crossfit Shoe
Good comfy crossfit shoe. Lots of toe room since they are wide. Need more colors.
