Disappointed in DICKS aga
They guarantee shipment by Christmas, but send damaged item and had to have seen it. Looks like burns right by the logo. Now, they don't have anymore, which tells me they definitely shipped knowing the damage and hoping I would wrap it without noticing. Chat agent Gabrielle didn't do ANYTHING but offer for me to return in store or mail...

My son ordered this in an adult medium. We were sent a youth medium 3 different times! We even went to a local store to order it from there and still the incorrect size was sent. Very disappointing!

Ordered this product in a Men's Medium, received what was obviously a youth medium. Contacted customer service, very helpful, sent replacement immediately. Only problem is replacement was exactly the same as first one. IMO, these were tagged incorrectly by vendor and now I don't even know how to get correct size. Really wanted to love this, but ended up really disappointed. Photo taken with product on top of an actual Men's medium (Nike) hoodie for comparison.
