I bought this about 6 months ago for my 9 year old daughter and it worked fine initially. Unfortunately, the racquet fell apart after light use, with the end coming completely off. I contacted customer service and they were not able to offer anything in terms of refund or product replacement. Seems like a quality issue, buyer beware.

The racket was a good size for my 4 year old but within 30 minutes of very lite play time the grip had already become destroyed. Inferior quality grip on this racket. Returned for refund.

The racquet arrived with very loose strings. It cost me more to get it restringed upon arrival than if I’d just purchased a better racquet to begin with. No brand new racquet should arrive with loose strings.
