I bought these for walking, but they are a little stiff for that. I think something more flexible would suit my needs better. I’ve always loved the fit of Sausony shoes and am having to make the adjustment from jogging to walking.

This new Omni 9 sneaker appears to be based on the original Omni 9 which was a stablity sneaker for overpronators. But it seems to be missing the most fundamental thing on the Omni 9 which giave it the stability and that is the medial post in in the foam below the arch of the foot. This keeps the foot stable and from collapsing in that direction. Because of this, to me this new version feels more like a neutral shoe with little support. I found it uncomfortable and cannot use it.
