Excellent Long Sleeve Undershirt If You're Not Looking For A Turtleneck.
Works well for a long sleeve garment. Somewhat snug fitting even for an XL. And I am not a pudgy guy but I am built in my upper body and usually XL shirts fit me no problem . Something to consider if you're a little bit on the heavier side . I think it has to do with some of the stitching that puts the panels together and maintains its integrity. I was worried that I would get a little overheated in this but it's actually not bad and kind of helps regulate your body temperature by Distributing your sweat throughout the Garment. The the cuffs are pretty Innovative that you can either roll them up over your elbow pads for a little bit more support, or maybe leave them down in case you are concerned about slashes or your bare wrists if you use very short cuff gloves. Either way I think it's a quality garment Shock Doctor makes good stuff.

Feels good and the fold up sleeves for elbow pad lock in are great. I would size up, it's quite form fitting (kind of intended), and also a bit short though. I would prefer it slightly longer torso.

This compression shirt is a staple for me. In the past I had always struggled with my elbow pads slipping mid-game and have even had injuries related to the problem. Luckily after trying this product with their grippy elbows and a pull-back elbow pad lock, I've had no more pad slippage and more comfort while playing. Little Tip: if in between sizes I would recommend sizing up as I did.
