I’m normally a M but it felt a bit tight, sized up to a L and fits perfect! (I also air dry this when I wash it to avoid shrinking)

Can adjust for indoor temperatures with the quarter zip, and the sleeves slide up and down easily. Not the greatest for layering as it is 50% cotton, but is perfect when there's not the potential for sweating.
