Poor Design!

I bought these because I liked the design but after fishing with them I changed my mind.I missed a lot of fish because the hook was to close and straight where the fishing line ties on. I had to bend the eye of the hook down to change the angle of the hook. This modification greatly increased my hook up percentage. If VMC were to modify the angle of the hook it would be a much better product.l

No Line Twist

This is my go to drop shot hook!!! No line twist and great hook ratio!!!

Great For Your Own Sabiki Rig

bought this for pier fishing, used this hooks like a sabiki rig and worked out really good and best part about it never had them tangled up like a sabiki rig because of the swivel action.

Great Hook For Drop Shotting.

I wasn't sure about this hook but it proved me wrong. I thought it had a real possibility of costing me fish, but I have not lost one once hooked up. There was this huge catfish, but he was approx 15 lbs on 8lb line. The line failed on that, not the hook. I would definitely buy again, in fact I already have.

Drop Shot Must Have.

I had these hooks in my terminal tackle for a while before I decided to try them. Wish I did it earlier in the season. I’ve been drop shot fishing ever since and experimenting with many drop shot hooks. This is in my top 3 hooks for drop shots. I don’t ever recall losing a fish on these hooks. They are just the right gauge for strength, very sharp and durable. I’d recommend them to anyone who likes drop shot fishing.

Great Idea, Not So Great For Bring Fish In

My experience with his hook was not so great, its a great idea that prevents line twist, but the hooks are very weak
